Terms of Service

ReplyCircuit reads email replies forwarded to your workspace's unique processing address, classifies them, and performs the corresponding actions in your connected HubSpot portal — such as updating contacts, pausing or resuming sequences, logging notes on deals, and capturing signature details.

ReplyCircuit is operated by ReplyCircuit LLC, Newtown, Pennsylvania. By using the service you are contracting with ReplyCircuit LLC, and by continuing to use it you agree to these terms.

Actions you have set to review mode appear in your review queue and are only applied when you approve them. Actions you have set to automatic are applied as replies arrive.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.

You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed to process the email replies you forward to ReplyCircuit, and for complying with applicable email and privacy laws in your outreach.

You connect HubSpot via OAuth and can disconnect at any time. Disconnecting stops all syncing immediately.

New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes as collected by Paddle.

Each plan includes a monthly reply allowance; additional replies can be purchased as top-ups.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no charges after cancellation. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy — every new subscription includes a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Don't use ReplyCircuit to process unlawful content, to send or facilitate spam, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after notice where practicable.

We work hard to keep ReplyCircuit reliable, but the service is provided as-is without warranties of uninterrupted availability. HubSpot actions depend on HubSpot's own availability and your portal's configuration.

To the extent permitted by law, ReplyCircuit's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to workspace owners before they take effect.
