Refund Policy

Every new ReplyCircuit subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full — no questions, no forms, no retention calls.

The guarantee applies to your first subscription payment. It covers monthly and annual plans alike.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your purchase, or simply email hello@replycircuit.com from the address on your account and we'll take care of it.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Paddle typically completes them within a few business days.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page — it takes about 30 seconds and you can do it entirely yourself.

When you cancel, your workspace stays active until the end of the current paid period, and you're never charged again. One-off top-up messages you've purchased remain available until used.

ReplyCircuit is operated by ReplyCircuit LLC, Newtown, Pennsylvania. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders — Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
