ReplyCircuit for HubSpot, with nothing hidden

One two-minute connection through HubSpot's own approval screen. No API keys, no developer, no data leaving your portal. This page lists every object we touch, every permission we ask for, and which HubSpot plan each feature needs — so you can check it against your own setup before you connect.

Connecting

  1. 1. Click Connect HubSpot in ReplyCircuit. You land on HubSpot's own approval screen.
  2. 2. Pick the portal and approve the permissions. You can decline the optional ones and still use the product.
  3. 3. You come back connected. The token refreshes itself, so the connection does not quietly expire.

Disconnect from inside ReplyCircuit, or revoke from HubSpot's connected-apps screen. Either takes effect immediately.

Permissions we request

Contacts — read and write

Required

See and update contact records. Fix an email address, set a lead status, record what a reply said.

Companies — read and write

Required

See and update company records. Attach a replacement contact to the right company when someone leaves.

Contact properties — read and write

Required

See and create contact fields. Store things like an objection reason or a return date in a real property, not a note nobody filters on.

Sequences — read only

Optional

See which sequences a contact is in. Spot the live enrolment so you can pause or unenrol in one tap. We never create or edit a sequence.

Deals — read and write

Optional

See and update deals. Log the reply against the right open deal and move it when the reply says so.

Communication preferences

Optional

Record an opt-out. Perform a real HubSpot opt-out when someone asks to be removed, instead of pretending it worked.

We deliberately do not ask to create or edit sequences, to send email as you, or to reach your marketing assets. Decline every optional permission and the product still works — those actions become guided manual steps instead of silent failures.

What we read

  • The contact matching the sender's address, so we update the right record
  • The company that contact belongs to
  • Live sequence enrolments for that contact, if you granted sequence access
  • Open deals associated with that contact, if you granted deal access

What we write

  • Contact properties — email, job title, phone, lead status and any custom field you point us at
  • Timeline notes — the reply itself, kept where the next person will actually find it
  • New contacts — the replacement person a reply names, attached to the same company
  • Deals — the reply logged on the associated deal, and a stage change when you approve one
  • Tasks — a dated follow-up for a 'not right now', pinned to the month they told you
  • Opt-outs — a real unsubscribe when a reply asks for one
