Privacy Policy

ReplyCircuit is operated by ReplyCircuit LLC, Newtown, Pennsylvania. ReplyCircuit LLC is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy — meaning we decide how and why it is processed, and we're the ones accountable to you for it.

When you create an account we store your name, work email address, and workspace details (company name, processing address).

When you connect HubSpot we store an OAuth access token and refresh token so we can act on your behalf. We never see or store your HubSpot password.

We store metadata about each processed reply — sender, subject, classification, and the action taken — so you can review it in your dashboard.

Replies are forwarded to your unique ReplyCircuit address by a rule in your own mailbox. We never connect to or read your inbox.

Each reply is read by our classification system to decide what it is (for example, an out-of-office notice or an unsubscribe request) and what HubSpot action it calls for.

Email content is processed transiently to make that decision. We retain the classification, the action, and message metadata for your audit trail — not your whole mailbox.

Contacts, deals, notes, and sequence changes are written to your HubSpot portal and live there. ReplyCircuit stores the account data described above in our hosted database (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase) in the United States.

Disconnecting HubSpot or deleting your workspace stops all processing. You can request a full export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing hello@replycircuit.com.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle — not ReplyCircuit — collects and stores your payment card details. We receive only your plan, billing status, and transaction identifiers.

We never access your inbox directly. We never sell your data. We never use your email content or contact data to train models for other customers.

We use HubSpot (your CRM, at your instruction), Paddle (payments), and Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, and AI classification). Each processes data only as needed to run the service.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. For any privacy question or request, email hello@replycircuit.com and we will respond within a few business days.

This policy may be updated as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to workspace owners.
